Book consists of magic ticks, plus 17 individual b/w illustrations. DeLaMano, a 19th century American traveling magician, would sell these at his shows. His advertising material was discovered hidden in a barn about 25  years ago by magic collector/ dealer.  These pieces date from 1877, some of the lot still had the original printer's invoice dated 1877 wrapped within.
