Original light brown dust jacket with red titling to spine and cover along with a beautiful illustration from one of the stories, also in red. There are 25 tipped-in color plates, including the frontispeice, with many black and white illustrations throughout, magnificently done by Nielsen. Bifold illustrated paper glued in on front endpaper (Merry Christmas From Mother 1924), pg. 128-129 has discoloration from bookmark . Dust jacket has some loss along perimeter at crown of spine and a t/l corner. overall a nice, tight, clean copy..
